Choose a builder that answers for the whole project rather than a middleman who passes it on: one contract, one project manager, deadlines, costs and quality under control. Check that they know your show’s exhibitor manual (LVCC, Venetian Expo), that they handle the organiser’s approvals and the on-site logistics, and that you can validate the finished stand before build-up. A builder whose own project manager supervises the local build removes the biggest risk: discovering the finish on opening morning. You validate the finished stand on photos before build-up.
Expect €600 to €900 per m² for a modular stand, €800 to €1,500 for a custom stand and €1,000 to €2,000 per developed m² for a double-decker, plus local delivery and drayage, which we plan into the quote from day one, with no surprises, and no transatlantic freight to pay for.
