The capital’s flagship shows are energy and defence events. ADIPEC, hosted by ADNOC, takes over the whole ADNEC venue from 2 to 5 November 2026, with more than 2,250 exhibiting companies expected, and IDEX and NAVDEX return from 25 to 29 January 2027. ADNEC is not the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC): each show sets its own stand approval rules, drawings and build-up hours in its exhibitor manual. A Dubai habit applied in Abu Dhabi can delay your approval.
Build-up slots at ADNEC are short and strictly timed. Without a quality check in the workshop before delivery, missing parts show up on the first morning.

As an indication, expect €300 to €500 per m² for a modular stand, €600 to €1,500 per m² for a custom stand and €1,000 to €2,000 per developed m² for a double-decker. Space rental, venue services and organiser fees come on top. Production in Abu Dhabi means no freight or customs line in your quote.
Yes. Each ADNEC show sets its own rules in its exhibitor manual: stand drawings to submit, heights, materials, build-up hours. We read that manual before the first 3D and prepare the drawings and documents for the organiser’s approval. Our stand is produced in Abu Dhabi by our partner workshop, and our project manager supervises the build-up on site.
Allow at least 3 months before opening, and more for a custom or double-decker stand: design, approvals and local production all take time. IDEX and NAVDEX run from 25 to 29 January 2027, so a custom stand brief should start this autumn. For ADIPEC (2 to 5 November 2026), time is short: send us your show and we tell you straight away what is still feasible.
Not necessarily. ADNEC and the Dubai World Trade Centre are different venues, and every show publishes its own exhibitor manual. Each manual sets its own points to check, such as materials, stand heights and, for a double-decker, the structural file to submit. We never reuse a Dubai file as it is: each Abu Dhabi stand is prepared from its own manual.

Yes, and it is the most cost-effective option if you exhibit several times a year. A modular stand, or a custom stand designed to be reconfigured, is stored between editions and adapted to each venue: ADNEC, DWTC, Expo City or a European exhibition centre. We redraw the layout for each floor plan and each exhibitor manual.
