Yes, and it is actually an advantage: Monaco is in a customs union with France, so there are no customs formalities and no special VAT on transport. Your stand is built and pre-assembled in our workshop, transported to the Principality and installed by our own teams. You simply avoid the margins of a local middleman.
Expect €300 to €500 per sqm for a modular stand, €600 to €1,500 for a custom stand and €1,000 to €2,000 per sqm of total floor area for a double-decker stand. At events in Monaco, plan for the upper end of these ranges: the expected level of finish is high. Transport and Principality logistics are included as a flat rate in the quote.
Allow 1 to 2 months for a modular stand and 2 to 6 months for a custom stand. The Yacht Show and major Grimaldi Forum events require technical files and impose very short assembly slots: the earlier you start, the more refined the design and the smoother the logistics.
Through full pre-assembly in our workshop: your stand is assembled a first time at our premises, checked, then dismantled into ready-to-assemble elements. On site, our teams discover nothing: they reassemble a stand that has already been tested, within the hours set by the organiser.
Depending on the halls and events, double-decker structures are possible subject to a technical file approved by the organiser and an inspection body. We design the structure, produce the structural calculations and manage the approval: double-decker stands are our speciality.
