Your trade show booth for Orlando, designed by our design office, built in the United States with our production partners and installed at the Orange County Convention Center, Rosen Shingle Creek or Gaylord Palms. A project manager on site and a single contact from the first brief to move-out.

The Orange County Convention Center offers more than 2 million sq ft of exhibit space and hosts IAAPA Expo, PGA Show and NADA Show. With exclusive services and strict deadlines, an average booth gets lost and one missed form can cost a build day.
IAAPA Expo alone gathers more than 1,100 exhibitors on its show floor. In halls this size, visitors decide in seconds, and a booth without a clear message is simply walked past.
The OCCC refuses parcel deliveries to booths, power and rigging come from the venue only, and any crew you hire must be registered before the deadline. Miss a date and late fees apply.
A booth built abroad adds ocean freight, customs clearance and often an ATA carnet, then drayage on arrival. One late container and your booth opens incomplete.
TheStandExperts designs and builds trade show booths, with its own design office. For an Orlando show, your booth is built in the United States by our US production partners, assembled and photographed before delivery, then installed by experienced US show labor under our project manager’s supervision. Manual, registrations and OCCC orders are handled too. That is what separates a supplier from a true exhibition stand partner.
Every format is available for your Orlando show: custom booths, modular booths, double-decker booths and event stands.

“Orlando brings whole industries into one hall, from theme parks to golf. Exhibitors want a booth that opens on time and looks exactly like the approved design. We build it in the United States with our partners, and our project manager stays on the floor until move-out.”

A single turnkey formula, from the first call until your booth goes into storage. Here is what your Orlando project includes, step by step.
Your only job: tell us what you want to achieve in Orlando.
Design, US manufacturing, freight, build-up, paperwork, dismantling and storage are on us.
The OCCC anchors the Orlando calendar, and the big convention hotels host their own events. Each show names its own general contractor and rules, so we prepare every project from the show’s exhibitor manual.

The format drives the budget far more than the city does. Below are the indicative ranges for an Orlando show, in euros or US dollars. Because your booth is built in the US, there is no ocean freight or customs line. For a line-by-line breakdown, see our guide on exhibition stand costs.
| Format | Indicative budget | Best for | Learn more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Modular stand | €600 to €900/m² | Several shows a year: reusable 10 to 20 times | Modular stand |
| Custom stand | €800 to €1,500/m² | A one-off design, premium materials and finish | Custom stand |
| Double-decker stand | €1,000 to €2,000/m² developed | Meeting space upstairs without renting more floor | Double-decker stand |
| Event set-up | On request, per project | Launches, hospitality, activations | Event stand |
Indicative ranges for an Orlando show, excluding floor space and show services (OCCC utilities, material handling, labor), which we quote separately: labor rates differ by venue, and any hired crew must be the official contractor or a registered exhibitor-appointed contractor.
Your booth is assembled and photographed by our US production partners before it goes to the OCCC. You approve the real thing, not just a rendering.
Custom joinery, integrated lighting and printed graphics made for your booth, not pulled from a rental catalog: the level of finish buyers notice in a hall of hundreds of booths.
Built in the US: nothing waiting on a ship, no customs inspection and no ATA carnet between approval and move-in.
Several of Orlando’s biggest shows fall between November and March. In Orlando or later in Chicago or Boston, the same booth is reconfigured from show to show, and storage between shows can be arranged.
Twenty years of international shows have shaped this process, from reading the exhibitor manual to move-out. Still choosing your spot on the floor plan? Our guide explains how to pick the best booth location.

Orlando is one stop on a busy US calendar. Wherever your next show is, the same design office, US production partners and project manager follow your booth, with one single point of contact.
In every US city, one contact runs your project, from the custom booth design to dismantling, with the turnkey exhibition stand service included.
Three projects from our portfolio, designed and delivered by our teams at major international shows in Europe. Browse all our projects.

An 84 m² stand (about 900 sq ft) adapted from the 2023 design: reworked display cases and bar, a new wood tone, LEDs built into the floor.
Reused and restyled, show after show

A 135 m² custom stand (about 1,450 sq ft) at Europe’s business aviation show: large suspended sign, demonstration areas and private meeting lounges.

From a modular booth that tours all year to a double-decker, we match the format to your goal and budget.
A one-off architecture designed around your brand.
Reconfigured from one show to the next, the lowest cost per show.
An upper deck for meetings, OCCC plan approval handled.

Many exhibit companies resell production they never see. We design every booth in our own design office and build it with US production partners we direct, with our project manager on the floor through installation. That protects your deadline, your budget and your finish.

François Sire founded TheStandExperts in 2006 and has spent 20 years designing stands for international trade shows. His design office prepares every US booth before it goes to our production partners.

Count €600 to €900 per m² for a modular booth, €800 to €1,500 per m² for custom work and €1,000 to €2,000 per developed m² for a two-level booth. Floor space, OCCC utilities, material handling and show labor come on top, and labor rates differ by venue, so we quote them separately. Built in the US, your booth carries no ocean freight or customs line.
Allow 2 to 4 months if you choose a modular booth and 3 to 6 months for custom or two-level builds. Then work back from the show deadlines: at IAAPA Expo 2026, exhibitor-appointed contractors must be registered by October 13, 2026, and at NADA Show 2027 the request form is due January 6, 2027.
Mainly the Orange County Convention Center, home to IAAPA Expo, I/ITSEC, VMX, PGA Show, NADA Show, Global Pet Expo, InfoComm and ICAST within the next twelve months. We also build at Rosen Shingle Creek, Hyatt Regency Orlando and Gaylord Palms in Kissimmee, and anywhere else on the US show circuit.
Florida is a right-to-work state, so your own full-time employees may set up and dismantle your booth, with proof of employment. Any crew you hire must be the official contractor’s labor (at NADA Show, under a local IATSE agreement) or an exhibitor-appointed contractor registered by the deadline. Material handling stays with the general contractor, and electrical, plumbing and rigging are ordered from the OCCC only.
We coordinate it with the show’s general contractor (Freeman at NADA Show, GES at IAAPA Expo, for example). The OCCC refuses parcel deliveries from carriers such as UPS or FedEx, so freight goes to the advance warehouse or direct to the hall on the targeted dates, via the marshalling yard. We book the slots and estimate the handling charges in your quote.
Our project manager supervises installation and dismantling on site. The work itself is done by experienced US show labor or a registered exhibitor-appointed contractor, following the drawings you approved, so you keep one point of contact throughout.
Yes, storage between shows can be arranged in the US, so a booth used in November can be reconfigured for a show in early 2027 without crossing an ocean. Components are inventoried and checked after each dismantling.
A builder that designs your booth and directs its production controls its schedule, costs and finish instead of reselling production it never sees. Your booth is built in the US with our production partners, assembled and photographed before it reaches the OCCC, then installed under our project manager’s supervision. Nothing changes between your sign-off and opening day.
Tell us the show and your booth size. Within 48 h, an expert sends you a layout concept and a detailed price.
