Yes, provided the logistics are planned: your stand is fully pre-assembled and checked in our workshop before departure, transport is scheduled around the Palais des Festivals slots and our teams stay on site during installation and opening. Responsiveness depends on preparation, not on the postcode.
Allow €300 to €500 per sqm for a modular stand, €600 to €1,500 for a custom exhibition stand and €1,000 to €2,000 per sqm of total floor area for a double-decker stand. Transport from our workshop is included at a fixed price in the quote: no mileage surprises. The format drives the budget, not the city.
The Palais is a regulated public venue in the heart of Cannes: strict safety standards and fire-rated materials, a technical file approved by the organiser, restricted Croisette access and build-up slots that are often very short between two shows. We handle all of these constraints, file included, and plan overnight installations whenever the slot requires it.
Yes, a large share of Cannes exhibitors come from abroad: briefs in English, exchanges with your teams in London, Dubai or New York, bilingual quotes and project follow-up. Your contacts stay the same from the first call to dismantling.
Yes, the Palais des Festivals allows double-decker stands subject to a technical file approved by an inspection body and the organiser. We design the structure, produce the structural calculations and handle the approval: double-decker stands are our speciality, in high demand at MIPIM for meeting spaces.
Yes: after dismantling, your stand returns to our workshop where it is stored, maintained and reconfigured for the next edition, in Cannes or at another show. The same stand can cover MIPIM in March and MIPCOM in October: the investment pays for itself from the very first year.
