Choose a contractor that manufactures rather than a middleman: they control their deadlines, costs and quality. Check that they know your venue (ExCeL, Olympia, the NEC), that they handle the health & safety file and the organiser’s forms, and that their own crew does the build-up. A European manufacturer often beats London build prices while matching the finish.
Expect €300 to €500 per m² for a modular stand, €600 to €1,500 for a custom stand and €1,000 to €2,000 per developed m² for a double-decker — cross-Channel transport included in our quotes.
