Yes, provided the logistics are prepared: your stand is fully pre-assembled and checked in our workshop before departure, transport is scheduled around Eurexpo’s build-up slots and our teams stay on site during installation and opening. Responsiveness comes from preparation, not from the postcode: a stand tested in the workshop causes fewer problems than one assembled for the first time on site.
Expect €300 to €500 per sqm for a modular stand, €600 to €1,500 for a custom stand and €1,000 to €2,000 per sqm of total floor area for a double-decker stand. Transport from our workshop is included at a fixed rate in the quote: no mileage surprises. The format drives the budget, not the city.
Allow 1 to 2 months for a modular stand and 2 to 6 months for a custom or double-decker stand. Eurexpo’s biggest trade shows (SIRHA, Pollutec, Global Industrie) require a technical file to be submitted to the organiser several weeks before opening: the earlier you start, the more refined the design.
